How This Coaching Thing Works:

STEP 1: Book Your Free Call

To make sure we're a fit like PB + J, just fill out this little questionnaire and book in for your 100% free 30 minute discovery call.

We can do this over Skype or even Facebook messenger, if you prefer the written word.

If you feel we're a fit, we can take it to Step 2!

STEP 2: Begin Our Sessions

Each month we hop on Skype for a 60-minute coaching session.

I'll help you identify what you can do to get unblocked.

Some of the blocks we bust through: overwhelm, lack of confidence, lack of clarity, procrastination, indecision, self doubt...

STEP 3: Take Action

My style of coaching isn't to motivate you or even inspire you. It's to get you to move forward, taking baby steps, to reach your creative goals.

Each session will leave you with 1-3 action steps.

I'll send a weekly check-in via email to keep you accountable and answer any questions you might have.

What is Creative Type Coaching?

Creative Type Coaching is my own way of working with you to really bring out your innate preferences and superpowers, based on the Myers-Briggs personality type system.

This isn't about becoming 'more creative' or 'more extroverted': it's all about making the most of your natural strengths and going with your own creative flow.

Is Coaching For You?

I work primarily with creative introverts like myself, because I noticed most of us share some (if not all) of these feelings and beliefs:

You fear becoming too big or too visible, so tend to hide yourself and your work from others for fear of being judged (or 'found out')

You think you must work hard in order to be ‘successful' (and to be ‘mediocre' is to be a 'lazy, good-for-nothin’ failure')

You have high standards for what you create, and have difficulty in finishing work because it’s never ‘good enough'

You dwell on the past or fretting about the future, and lose sleep analysing what you ‘should' have done or what you ‘should' to do

(You’ll notice some of my language in quote marks: this is the stuff we’ll be removing from your inner critic's dictionary.)

"When I first met Cat I was in the depths of artistic despair..."

I had booked my first ever Exhibition in a beautiful gallery space... and I had decided to withdraw from the exhibition. I wanted to paint giant two metre high paintings and my attempts at some had failed dismally.

My conversations with her began to show me that I really did want my work out there. And honestly it would have been worth talking her just to find out if I was deluding myself.

Four months on I have exhibited my paintings and painted a huge painting which is getting brilliant feedback and lots of attention. It has been a life changing experience, and it wouldn't have happened without Cat.

Don't get me wrong... She isn't going to do the work for you. She is an amazing listener, and has helped me to clarify my identity as an artist. Just having someone who understands the processes and emotions involved has been incredible. You can't have conversations like this is normal life.

Other people in your life don't have the same perspective as her. She is there to help you to express yourself resonantly. Other people tell you what they think you want to hear, or tell you what they want to say, not what they think you need. And she will hold you accountable. Uncomfortably sometimes. If you tell her you are going to do something and you don't do it, you have to face that fact - and face your evasions and excuses.

Coaching with Cat has made a tremendously positive impact on my life, and the results are there for all to see!
