The truth behind the Creative Introvert...
Way back before the Creative Introvert existed - heck, before I knew what an introvert really way - I tried my hand at making a living from my art. I drew quirky looking creatures, and my friends and family loved them. I even had a nice website and online shop. Unfortunately, I had NO IDEA about the business-end of things, and it was no surprise my work was not selling.
It was only when I started diving into the worlds of online business, marketing, time management as well as psychology, that I started to make progress. Now, it's time to share with you what I learned and how it saved my creative introvert bum from going back to the 9–5.
WHY DOES THE CIA EXIST?
The Creative Introvert Academy exists because I'm on a mission to provide my fellow innies with the education, experience and self-confidence that I was not provided with in years at art school and university. I don't know of anyone who is tailoring both business, creativity and mindset advice FOR INTROVERTS. This is the place to learn how to make a successful creative career on YOUR terms.

Every month for one year we take on a new aspect of building a thriving creative business
This is a 12-month course that requires your dedication to making your creative career a fool-proof success.
I've worked out a comprehensive curriculum that covers everything from creating with confidence to overcoming procrastination and imposter syndrome to strategies for reaching your dream customers and promoting your work without feeling like a sell out.
Modules are taught live via the magic of the internet by yours truly (that's me, Cat!)
Each month you'll have a chance to sit down with me (virtually of course!) as I teach you everything I know about making a living from doing what you love. The classes are all introvert-friendly (no participation required) and will be recorded so you can always catch up if you miss one.
Then you'll have a chance to ask questions and get them answered live OR use your fingers and send me an email at any point during the course and I'll get back to you in a flash.
You get actual practical assignments each month plus plenty of time to integrate
If you've ever taken a course and not taken action, this changes now. Each month I'll give you practical assignments customised to YOUR needs (no random activities for the sake of it) and even provide you with critical feedback, should you want it.

THE CREATIVE INTROVERT ACADEMY CURRICULUM...
Month 1: Self-Knowledge
To begin, we start by looking within. You'll identify your strengths as well as what's holding you back in your creative career and business success.
Month 2: Confidence to Create
Next, well tackle the age old inner critic. The resistance you face in getting your work out of your head and into the big wide world.
Month 3: Time Mastery
Procrastination, overwhelm and lack of focus will be dealt with in this month. By the end, you'll be a master of your time and your to-do list.
Month 4: Your Vision
Getting clarity on your vision as a creative will conclude this semester. You'll get crystal clear on what you're aiming at and the path you'll walk to get there.
Month 5: Marketing Mindset
We'll have a look at marketing from the perspective of the creator. This month in particular takes into account your introverted qualities.
Month 6: Define Your Superfan
Your Superfan is out there, waiting for your work! We'll find out exactly who they are, where they are and how you're going to get to them in a flash.
Month 7: Storytelling for Selling
Everyone has a story to tell. This month, we'll uncover your story and tell it to your audience in a way that makes you irresistible and unforgettable.
Month 8: Your Content Plan
Having a content plan is the #1 way to make marketing simple, pain-free and super quick. You'll learn how effortlessly produce content that your audience actually wants.
Month 9: Assessing Success
Numbers shnumbers! Ok, we will be looking at numbers here... but don't worry! It will be broken down into bitesized chunks - hey, you might even enjoy this bit.
Month 10: How to Pivot
When is it time to throw in the towel on an idea? When is it time to leave your day job? Those are the questions we'll be tackling this month and you'll have a fool-proof decision making process.
Month 11: How to Ask
Asking, as much as it can prove a challenge to us introverts, is key to moving forward with your creative career, no matter what you want to achieve. You'll learn who to ask, what to ask and how to ask it.
Month 12: Your Tribe
Busting the myth that introverts can do everything solo, we'll end with you forming your very own band of merry pranksters. This is the community that will support you long after you graduate.

Hi I’m Cat Rose. One thing I’ve learned from my days as a freelance web designer and my days as a pet portrait artist; is that self knowledge: knowing our strengths, our blindspots our preferences and patterns: is key to creating a life you love to live.
I'm committed to sharing what I know, from the mindset shifts we can make to get past those niggling voices that say 'No one cares' or 'Who are you to do XYZ?' as well as the little tweaks any of us can make to actually get your art OUT into the big wide world.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
Q: I’m really busy. How much time will I have to invest to get results?
A: The more time you invest in your Creative Introvert Academy training the better, because when it comes your creative career, implementation is really the key to success.
But I know it's easy to get discouraged early on when you’re pouring your heart and soul into your work yet you still feel like you’re spending more time making mistakes than getting things right.
Here’s the thing: an hour a week is better than 0 hours a week. But 5 is better than 1...
The minimum time I recommend is the monthly live class (1–2 hours) and your assignment (another 1–2 hours) per month.
Q: I’m just not sure I’m ready to make the investment…
A: I totally get how challenging it can feel to lay down cash for another program, especially if you’ve already invested a decent amount of money in your business this year.
Sure, you could piece this all together yourself from info that’s already available on the internet... if you have the time.
But here’s the thing...
Having a personal teacher (Cat) who has a tailored curriculum AND has been right where you are is not something you'll get anywhere else.
