First up: you fill in the application form. If I can help you, I'll get in touch with the opportunity to book our very first session!
During our first session, we'll dig into your current situation, your problems and what you want to achieve from working together.
After our first session, we will map out a step-by-step program that - if followed - is guaranteed to get you to where you want to be.
By the time you're done, you'll be on your way to living out your creative dreams, and using your innate introvert personality to your benefit, confident in the knowledge that actually... YES YOU CAN.

These are the two coaching packages I currently offer, to take into account the different business or career stages most of my clients are in. In any case, you receive fortnightly calls (audio only) and email support from me throughout.

6-WEEK MOMENTUM MAKER
This is for you if you're feeling a bit (or a lot) stuck in your creative business efforts. You need a simple, effective action plan to carry out over 6 weeks that will build momentum for you to go further on your own. I'll provide guidance, accountability and encouragement to make sure you get unstuck and get that momentum going!

MAKE A PLAN + ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL!
90-DAY TOTAL TURNAROUND
This is for you if you've already gone from 0 to 10, and you now want to go from 10 to 100. We'll work together to design a strategic 90-Day plan to accomplish a big goal of yours, whether it's exhibiting your art work or landing a dream client. I'll assist to bring you clarity, focus and steady support to make sure you stay on track.
3 month package = £555

"When I first met Cat I was in the depths of artistic despair..."
I had booked my first ever Exhibition in a beautiful gallery space... and I had decided to withdraw from the exhibition. I wanted to paint giant two metre high paintings and my attempts at some had failed dismally.
My conversations with her began to show me that I really did want my work out there. And honestly it would have been worth talking her just to find out if I was deluding myself.
Four months on I have exhibited my paintings and painted a huge painting which is getting brilliant feedback and lots of attention. It has been a life changing experience, and it wouldn't have happened without Cat.
Don't get me wrong... She isn't going to do the work for you. She is an amazing listener, and has helped me to clarify my identity as an artist. Just having someone who understands the processes and emotions involved has been incredible. You can't have conversations like this is normal life.
Other people in your life don't have the same perspective as her. She is there to help you to express yourself resonantly. Other people tell you what they think you want to hear, or tell you what they want to say, not what they think you need. And she will hold you accountable. Uncomfortably sometimes. If you tell her you are going to do something and you don't do it, you have to face that fact - and face your evasions and excuses.
